Step-by-Step Tutorial

The exchange process on our platform is one of the simplest out there! Even if this is your first time using a crypto exchange service, you can easily complete your first exchange by following the steps below

In the exchange form, select the coins you wish to exchange from the list — Send and Receive.
Specify the amount you wish to exchange and click the Exchange button. Double-check your entries and exchange details. If everything looks correct, proceed to the next step.
Provide the recipient address (where you’ll receive your exchanged funds) and the refund address for the coin you are depositing (if you have enabled VPM).
Once all the above steps are completed, click the Exchange button to proceed.
Congratulations — you have successfully placed your order!
In the “Awaiting Deposit” step, we’ll provide you with a deposit wallet address. Send the specified amount to the displayed address within 2 hours.
Nothing else is required from your side — we’ll handle everything from here. Once your deposit is confirmed, we’ll process your order at the best available market rates. Within a few minutes, you’ll receive your exchanged funds in your wallet.
